About Me
About Me
“To quench your thirst, you need to drink water yourself.” This simple truth describes my life's journey... full of change, rethinking and overcoming.
Each of my experiences taught me to find new resources, strengths and opportunities within myself.
My name is Irina, I am 46 years old. I've been living in the States for about 14 years. I am a mother, wife, certified specialist in psychology and speech pathology, and also an entrepreneur.
My interest in the topic of adaptation did not arise by chance. Several times in my life I had to restart everything from scratch: change countries, cities, status, jobs, open and create a business, cope with personal tragedies. As my knowledge and wisdom accumulated, friends and acquaintances began to seek help with their own transitions in life. Having seen very positive results working with them, I systematized this experience into an “adaptation algorithm”.
Just like in mathematics where the foundation is the arithmetic table, or in reading where the basis is letters... knowledge is required!
I have developed a course on the art of adaptation. This course can function like GPS providing a guide for independently accepting changes in your life, helping you find balance and becoming more flexible in the face of difficulties.
For a more detailed analysis of your situation I conduct personal consultations. I also share articles on the topic of adaptation on my blog and further education on my social networks.
